i've wrote about this little baby boy before...today he is having his second heart surgery. in fact he is probably under going it as we speak. please join so many in prayer for this little fighter. pray for our dear friends matt and sarah as they have to wait in the waiting room. pray that God's peace and comfort surround them as they face the unknown.

I am surprised to hear someone say they hadn't heard about him, since I hear him mentioned on our local radio station quite often. My son has a similar but more severe heart defect to Bowen. So although no one would wish this on anyone, I am glad that this type of defect is getting some publicity. Heart defects are the number one birth defect but get the least amount of funding because people just don't know. I promise you one thing though, I bet his parents will tell you they have never been close to God since having him. It is life altering and not a day goes by that you doubt the blessings God has given you.
